Refund Policy

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, with no need to give a reason.

1. Refund window

   14 days from the purchase date.

2. How to request

   Contact us through our Contact page with the email used for the purchase and your order number.

3. Processing

   Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for our orders. You can also request one directly from Paddle.

4. When you get the money

   The refund goes back to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

5. After a refund

   Your access to the refunded course is removed.

6. Not covered

   Requests after the 14-day window, and accounts that breach our Terms or where content was copied or shared.

7. Subscriptions

   You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period, and a past period is refunded only within 14 days of the first payment.
