1. Who we are

   Anboad (anboad.com) is owned and operated by Mohamed Elbokhary, Saudi Arabia. We provide digital training courses in marketing, sales and management.

2. Acceptance

   By using the website or buying any product, you agree to these Terms.

3. Your account

   You are responsible for keeping your login details private. Accounts must not be shared, and we may suspend any account used by more than one person.

4. Content rights

   All courses, videos and files belong to Anboad. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the content for yourself only.

5. Not allowed

   Copying, recording, redistributing or reselling the content, or sharing your account or links with others.

6. Payments

   Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, taxes and refunds under its Buyer Terms.

7. Prices

   The price shown at checkout applies, and taxes are added at checkout where applicable.

8. Refunds

   Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Suspension

   We may suspend or close any account that breaks these Terms, without a refund where the breach is serious.

10. Disclaimer

    Our courses are educational. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances, and we do not guarantee any income or specific outcome.

11. Changes

    We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated version.

12. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
